Sponsorships, either in general or a session or exhibition (industrial and non-commercial), are welcome to support our symposium arrangement. 

We are open to discussing potential arrangements for sightseeing with tour organizers for our participants. Please contact at info@iscraes.org

Sponsorship opportunities

Sponsorship  categories (Platinum, Gold and Silver) will enjoy complimentary registration and recognition in Conference materials (e.g. website, flyers and book of abstracts) as well as refreshments. 

Platinum (€6,500)

  • Verbal acknowledgement as one of the main symposium sponsors at the opening and closing of the meeting.
  • Full colour advert on the holding screen in the main auditorium at the start of each session.
  • Full page colour advert in the conference programme.
  • Acknowledgement as one of the main sponsors in the sypmoisum abstract book and promotional flyers.
  • Company logo on conference website with links to company website
  • Pull-up banner (provided by the company) at the registration desk.
  • A flyer or brochure (provided by the company) in the conference pack.
  • Up to two complimentary registrations for company employees.

Gold (€5,000)

  • Verbal acknowledgement as the Session Sponsor during the specified session.
  • Colour advert on the holding screen in the main auditorium at the start of each session.
  • Half page colour advert in the conference programme (artwork to be supplied by the sponsor).
  • Acknowledgement as a Session Sponsor on printed in symposium abstract book and promotional flyers
  • Company logo on conference website with links to company website.
  • A flyer or brochure (provided by the company) in the conference pack.
  • One complimentary registration for a company employee.

Silver (€3,500)

  • Colour advert on the holding screen in the main auditorium at the start of each session.
  • Quarter page colour advert in the conference programme (artwork to be supplied by the sponsor).
  • Acknowledgement as a Best Young Scientist Poster/Flash Talk Award/ Student Grant Sponsor printed in the symposium abstract book and promotional flyers.
  • A flyer or brochure in the conference pack.
  • Company logo on conference website with links to company website.

Best Young Sceintist Poster/Flash Talk (BYSP?F) Award: There is an opportunity to sponsor three awards  to young (Graduate to PhD students and early stage Post-Doc) poster presenters in recognition of their individual performance in scientific work.

Exhibition Opportunity (€5,000)

  • A dedicated space (4 sq.m approx. with 1 table and 2 chairs) will be allocated for each exhibitor to showcase its products/activities.
  • Colour advert on the holding screen in the main auditorium at the start of each session.
  • Quarter page colour advert in the conference programme (artwork to be supplied by the sponsor).
  • Acknowledgement in the symposium abstract book.
